A Prosthetic Leg is a Weapon of Hate

A PTB Negro from Cape Girardeau and an unidentified juvenile (likely PTB Negro) cohort of his, according to law enforcement accounts, witnesses, and the victim himself, beat a white man up, then ripped off his prosthetic leg, and then used the artificial leg as a weapon against the victim.
The newspaper article linked to above does not mention race, so you can imply just from that alone that the perps were non-white and the victim was white. But KSDK News tonight showed a jailhouse mugshot of the adult suspect and an interview with the victim, which proves my supposition save the unidentified juvenile.
Authorities apparently have enough evidence to prove that the crime was motivated by their enmity of his disability. Physical disability is a basis for hate crimes in Missouri.
Trivia: The victim is a student at Cape Central High School, which counts Rush Limbaugh as a celebrity alumnus.
UPDATE: KSDK’s website just posted this story which has the mugshot of the adult suspect.
