Dear Alderman Carter

20 11 2006

If the St. Louis City Police Department actually increased their presence in north St. Louis City, as you suggest, would you be among the first to complain about “police racism” and “racial profiling?” Perhaps that this is the reason why, in your own words, “…there is no aggressive approach regarding the drug selling in the communities that are predominantly African-American.”

The irony of you wanting an increased police presence in earnest of someone trying to peddle you dope at a gas station, is that you support the Democrat Party, which brings us liberal and disparately pro-criminal judicial appointments, civil rights laws which almost guarantee that non-white criminal defendants face nullification-happy juries of their racial brethren, civil rights laws which prosecute criminally the strong policing action that you complain isn’t occurring, and elects or appoints prosecutors that often turn the other way when it comes to black crime.

You made your bed, Alderman Gregory Carter. Sleep on it.

Signed,

St. Louis CofCC Blogmeister
