
The Troop C (St. Louis Region) Headquarters of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, which has been based at Highway 40 at Mason Road in West St. Louis County for years, is moving. The State is selling that property to BJC Health Care, and moving its Troop C Headquarters a little further out Highway 40, to an area near the interchange of Highway 40 and Route 94 in Weldon Spring, St. Charles County.
The State Highway Patrol has always been heavily influenced by the Governor’s Office. We have a red Governor, St. Charles County is a red county, and St. Louis County is now a solidly and incorrigibly blue county. Get the picture?
