NCLB Is Itself Getting Left Behind

Thanks to Republicans standing up to President Bush. NCLB is a goose anyway.

I would do Cornyn and DeMint one better: Get rid of NCLB, and extricate the Federal Government from most or all of its responsibilities over education, and as they wouldn’t be spending money on education, reduce Federal tax rates so states and localities can raise theirs to fund fully public schools on a local and state basis.
