Blogmeister Echo Syndrome

(1)  Usually, Rush Limbaugh is the one being echoed.  But yesterday, he parroted my opinion, that if the Presidential race is between a liberal Republican like McCain or Huckbaee and HRC, he would rather see HRC win, because liberal Republican Presidents, like the one we currently have (Rush’s admission), put conservative Republicans in Congress in a Catch-22 — they don’t want to vote for his liberal proposals (e.g. NCLB, amnesty), but they also can’t go against their party’s President, either.

This might sound goofy to say, but I think this country would be more right wing if Al Gore would have become President.

With a Democrat as President, we might actually have a right-wing in Congress again, Rush says.  I should also add that with a Democrat as President, we might actually have an organized right-wing in the country again.

(2)  PJB states what I did on Saturday night after the Obama victory in SC — that which propelled him to a big victory there will also mean that he wins the Deep South, but flunks out everywhere else and ultimately loses to HRC.
