Update on my Abercrombie & Fitch row from about a month ago: I was out at West County Mall today, and stopped into A&F. The last time I went, and heard what I heard, it was on a Sunday. Usually, mall store employees who are working on Sunday usually work on Saturday.
I did not find the gentleman there, so I’m hoping my letter made a difference, and that he was at least suspended if not fired. Thereby granting him of his wish.
Speaking of A&F, the Oklahoma chapter of the rancid Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) is suing A&F because a headscarved Muslim woman was rejected for a job in an A&F in Tulsa. A&F probably has a good reason — a headscarf is just way too much raiment for their average model.
