
Mexican multi-billionaire Carlos Slim, who had a stint a few years ago as the world’s richest man, and currently sits at Number Two, already owns a piece of the New York Times. Now, the Times wants him to buy more, as they evidently need the money.
Question: What’s in it for Slim? It’s not like the Times is profitable, and buying political consideration is useless, because the Times is already amnesty and open borders all the way.
