Two black lesbian lovers from St. Louis City are now accused of killing a 26-year old black man from University City, and leaving his nearly naked body in a car in Forest Park.
The three of them went to Forest Park for the express purpose of smoking weed, and while high, the man made a pass at one of the women. Which was not taken too kindly by either woman, both were also high at the time. So they reciprocated by killing him.
If it can be found out that they killed him because they did not like his sexual orientation, could they be charged with a hate crime? It seems to me that most of the politicians in D.C. just can’t wait to add LGBT to the list of hate crimes motivations.
