The city of Lancaster, Calif. will soon deploy drones with high-definition cameras, so that they can find out what we already know: Blacks and Hispanics commit most of the city’s crime. Cali doesn’t have the prison space anyway. And many black and Hispanic jurors will think that evil ole racist whitey/cracker/gringo doctored the video.
