Nor will he live very long inside.
Sandusky was employed by Penn State for 23 years as the defensive coordinator of its Division I collegiate football program. Sandusky played football for four years at Penn State and coached a total of 32 years. While coaching, Sandusky started “The Second Mile” in State College, Pennsylvania in 1977. It began as a group foster home dedicated to helping troubled boys. It grew into a charity dedicated to helping children with absent for dysfunctional families. It is now a statewise, three region charity and Sandusky has been its primary fundraiser. The Second Mile raises millions of dollars through fundraising appeals and special events. The mission of the program is to “help children who need additional support and would benefit from positive human interaction.” Through The Second Mile, Sandusky had access to hundreds of boys, many of whom were vulnerable due to their social situations.

Steven Turchetta testified that he was an assistant principal and the head football coach at the high school attended by Victim 1. He testified that Sandusky was a volunteer assistant football coach. Sandusky also worked with children in the Second Mile program in that school district. Turchetta described the Second Mile as a very large charitable organization that helped children from economically underprivileged backgrounds and who may be living in single parent households.
Translation: Black. Most of Sandusky’s victims were likely young black men.
Maybe this is the “white elephant in the room” that Rush alludes to but confesses to being too scared to talk about.
If I’m right, then he won’t last long in a Pennsylvania prison, full of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh blacks.
Also, it would not be the first case of white men in the sports and athletics business with perverted fetishes for young black men.
I said in this blog a few days ago that a cover up as massive and long running as this one seems to be must mean that powerful and famous people are being protected. Not making any accusations here, but someone took a screenshot of the list of Second Mile’s honorary board of directors from its own webpage before it was deleted.
A few days ago on Twitter, I made the somewhat vain remark that Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett should get out in front of this issue. As it turns not, not only has be been out in front of this issue for a long time, he may have actually been the first person with real power and authority to do something about it the moment he found out that child molestation was occurring, back in the days when he was state Attorney General. He will probably be the big hero out of this scandal.
This is my take on his black boy ‘fetish’..
It has a lot to do with him knowing that a black boy is much less likely to have a father or father figure in his life (this guy WAS that figure to most of them I’d wager) so the kid is less likely to have someone to speak about this to*.
The black kid would be less likely to mention it to a white teammate**, who would be more likely to mention it to their father, who is more likely to be present to begin with, who could and probably would mention it to other white parents.
The black kid is more likely to keep quiet because the sports career is like the be all end all – holy grail and the money they can acquire could set their mom up for life.
A black parent (or even parents – if both are present) would be more easily bought off for their silence IF it ever came to their attention to begin with.
*- (I mean c’mon ..what boy would want to talk to their MOM about such a personal dreadfully perverted sickening thing?)
**- (because of simply not spending as much time with them because of race or class differences or not being as close to them, or trusting them enough to feel comfortable sharing such a bad secret)
Seriously, if it’s possible (maybe not until after this is all over), check and see how many of these boys lacked a father. We all know the black family is notorious for lacking the father. It’s not racist – it’s fact. Blacks know this more then anyone.
Read above from the GJ report — “may be living in single parent households.” Your suspicion is correct, I think. Expanding on your theory, I think a 10-year old white boy is far more likely to have had a father who has already explained to him why it’s wrong for some adult to touch him there or there or there, than it is for a 10-year old black boy to have heard these things. Ironically, a 10-year old black boy probably knows more about the birds and the bees than a 10-year old white boy, just from hearing things from his peers and on the streets.
Oh I see. Sorry about that, I missed that part. I just skimmed it. I already had a suspicion they were probably mostly black if not all, so it had already been on my mind — so I just stared writing my thoughts .. and yes I think you are correct on black boys usually being more exposed to sexual situations or contact .. or at least hearing more about it than many young white boys (outside their parents possibly warning them about things).
Take care.
His choice for black boys probably had much more to do with power and confidence, than simply a racial fetish. If he had preyed predominately on white boys — he would’ve been busted a long, long time ago.
Think the timing is funny?
The week following Joe Paterno’s seeting the record for the most wins?
What might give your theory credibility is that we wouldn’t have known about this if someone didn’t hack into the computers of the Pennsylvania State Attorney General and leak this out.
