A gas station in Chicago gave away free gas as part of a TV station’s promotion.
I was expecting the whole thing to be a smokescreen for the CPD clearing up a bunch of warrants. The problem is that they’d have to arrest probably three-quarters of the people showing up for this promotion.

The promotion is no good if the people don’t have/can’t get a bank account — that’s why there are poor people banks …. I mean currency exchanges all over Chicago.
