AR-4 is a mildly red district in terms of Presidential politics and all politics (CPVI R+7), though Democrat Mike Ross has represented it since 2001, and was somehow able to survive the red wave of 2010. But he is not seeking re-election this year, which probably means something.
You know what that sounds like …. racism … and I’ll pray for you ….
And to me, that sounds like someone pandering to people who don’t pay taxes but yet expect government to cater to theirs needs.
