That reminds me of my drive back to Florida from Atlanta a few months back. At rest stops on 75 in Georgia there were huge numbers of people who looked liked Hmong refugees. They were mostly elderly. I don’t know whether I have said it here, but all public pensions will be aggregated by the federal government within a few years. Over-funded pensions in small towns/cities/counties/states across the nation will be used to fund under-funded pensions in larger cities/counties/states.

In their defense, the bundling allows niche channels to flourish, and it probably is a fair price if you total up all those channels you get.

Regardless though, if Jaun McCain is involved he has an angle. My guess is that ABC Disney or some other large content delivery agent (not Aereo) has hired him to scrub out some channels so the cable operators can chrage more for their channels (i.e. the ESPNs).
