Did not represent the lollipop guild
For all the social problems in the Harlem ghettos, I am proud to announce that it is free of discrimination based on physical disability.
This 18-year old 3′ tall midget, Joshua Agard, as one of his friends told the New York Post, “did everything normal.” And that he did; everything that a normal criminally-prone black man from Harlem would do: He slung crack, guzzled liquor, shot dice, carried a .38 without a permit, and had a long rap sheet. He also got mowed down by several normal-height members of a rival drug gang yesterday.
Maybe now Harlem’s black community can teach their Cape Girardeau, Missouri counterparts a lesson.
