Jail brawl results in charges against inmates

Jamell M. Bridges, 20, of East St. Louis and DeMarken K. Cobbs, 22, of Belleville, were both charged with mob action Thursday in connection with the fight June 26.

Mob action is a class three felony punishable by two to five years in prison.

Their punishment for starting a jail brawl will be prison time.

The vic in this case was in the hoosegow for dumping garbage.  Couldn’t that have been better handled with a citation?

It's your dime, spill it. And also...NO TROLLS ALLOWED~!
