Path Never Taken

South County

South Countians didn’t want 170 extended southward.

They didn’t want a connection between River Des Peres Boulevard and Hanley Road.

And you know they’re not going to want any sort of MissingLink.

It’s almost as if they don’t want to make it easy to travel from North County to South County.

I wonder what they’re so worried about.

Maybe there’s some endangered species of rare insect in between?

It’s pretty simple: we like our segregation and want to keep it that way for rather obvious reasons. St. Louis is still a fine place to live and raise a family as long as you don’t have to deal too much with the barbarians. Problem is its coming harder and harder to avoid the encounters.

By the way: do you have a voters guide for the Mo. Rep. primary? I (still) vote Repub, but don’t have a clue.

I did a quickie one earlier today. Unlike earlier years, it’s not comprehensive.
