Wheels of (In)Justice

Nashville; Knoxville

Tennessee Supremes uphold the death penalty for Lemaricus Davidson, the only one of the brood to have gotten the death penalty as a result of the original criminal trial.

Now the ball is in SCOTUS’s court.

Next month is ten years on, and the case still hasn’t been fully adjudicated yet nor its prime assailant been executed.

I have a prediction:

The Charleston nutbar will be executed long before Davidson, in spite of the fact that the former’s underlying crimes were about eight and a half years later.

Roof isn’t playing the game so yeah he’ll probably not drag the case out as long as it could be.

It's your dime, spill it. And also...NO TROLLS ALLOWED~!
