Medieval Scholastic Nitpicking

Aww, isn’t that cute?  He’s in the same line of work I am, (or at least I am for two more days), and he’s goosing a pseudo-scientific narrative around his and his firm’s ideological-professional interests!  They’re so cherubic when they do that!

The cynic in me (though I repeat myself) senses that this is far more a paid advertisement than a bona fide op-ed.

“But look but look but look!  Trump didn’t do as well as Romney south of Nashville and north of Columbus!”

That’s right, President Romney does have that to his credit.

Wait what?

Well, let’s see. Donald Trump only got 65 % in Williamson County. He averaged around 75 % in other Tennessee counties,

How did Trump do compared to Romney in the next ring of the exurban counties where normal folk went go to flee the AFFH apocalypse

Let me close the loop, in case the snark went over enough people’s heads, and snark tends to do that.

So what Trump didn’t do quite as well as Romney in Williamson County, Tennessee? Trump not only won Tennessee just like Romney did, but did so by a bigger margin than Romney did.

So what Trump didn’t do quite as well as Romney in Delaware County, Ohio? Trump won Ohio, Romney did not.

Romney was a Michigan native, with a Wisconsin native and resident and elected politician at the bottom of the ticket, yet won neither Michigan nor Wisconsin. Trump won both.

What 2016 proved was the growing irrelevance of doctrinaire lamestream conservatism of the sort that is rooted in (and more importantly, funded by) well to do suburbs, like Williamson Co TN and Delaware Co OH. Therefore, Brad Todd and the OnMessage firm he works for, both are professionally thrown in to the sort of lamestream conservatism funded by checks written by Williamson Co TN and Delaware Co OH residents, absolutely must peddle the fictitious notion that that brand of lamestream conservatism still matters. Like I have written here several times, for PR purposes, proponents of an ideology should never willingly attach themselves to losing or not-winning. Therefore, this payola in The Federalist.

Can I simply just say what a comfort to find someone that truly
knows what they’re talking about online. You certainly understand how to bring a problem to
light and make it important. More and more people need to check this out and understand this side of your story.
It’s surprising you are not more popular given that you certainly
have the gift.

It's your dime, spill it. And also...NO TROLLS ALLOWED~!
