Oh Henry

Seattle

The temporarily successful legal effort to halt the OCGE’s milquetoast immigration-related EOs has exposed something we already knew.

Ironically, H-xB/J-x reform is on the OCGE’s impending bucket list.

The Master Troll strikes again.

O. Henry couldn’t even…

And he gets to fire everyone who followed this judge’s order.

Only if he issued a second order to ignore the judge’s unconstitutional ruling. Since the floodgates are “officially” temporarily opened, I’m guessing he didn’t. I haven’t looked for one, but haven’t found an explanation of how one low-level cunt in one corner of the Northwest! Homefront!!! can issue an edict covering the entire country – especially members of the executive branch. “No controlling legal authority”, as a certain democrat was known to say.

Its only a matter of time before War breaks out. I think they are trying to gin up a foreign war to prevent the Second Civil War. Like Americans will sign up for that. I figure after Bush junior sent them on a snipe hunt and Obama hated on them and denied healthcare to wounded vets, we must have probably two or three combat ready divisions at this point. The rest are probably fags, womyn and affirmative action sad sacks collecting welfare in uniforms.

Hard Right

Microsoft, which is headquartered in Washington, employs nearly 5,000 people through the program.

That explains why Windoze is such a piece of shit.

I didn’t think we’d get to a showdown over Madison V Madison 15 days in. But, here we are, and it’s hard to predict how this plays out. Also, these continuing swings in policy are wrecking the voting math in the Senate. As long as Boxer is sick, the president can lose 3 senators on any vote and still have Pence cast the tiebreaker.

I can almost see him needing Pence to tiebreak an inpeachment vote.
We’ve long needed a President with the stones to defy these rogue courts. His campaign comments about accepting homogamy (“The court has ruled; it’s the law now”) had me thinking Trump wouldn’t be the One. Now… it looks like they’re going to back him into that corner. An Unconstitutional Crisis, they should call it, because the Jud branch is trying to usurp his constitutional Executive authority. The problem is, “his” congress is still too cucked to back him, and would quickly vapor-faint over propositionalism and thats-not-who-we-are-ism.
I still think it was a mistake to immediately seek “justice” for his own executive powers, in the very courts that just presumed to take it away — armed with only a pen. If he “wins” on appeal, then the unelected, unaccountable Judes are accepted as the final authority. If he loses, he has two choices: (1) accept defeat, break his promise to America, and open the country to every fucking savage in the world; or (2) defy the court, and do his sworn duty. If (1), then he might as well just resign; if (2), then why bother seeking the court’s approval in the first place?
