What was the victim suspended for?

Was he the white kid they suspended for no good reason just to balance out the race stats?

“Was he the white kid they suspended for no good reason just to balance out the race stats?” – Yep, this is how they avoid Disparate Impact. But also in this case because they have power and can still use it to punish their enemies.

No. He was suspended for the same reason I was suspended from Jr Hi back in 1962. I had the nerve to fight back against one of the class delinquents when he attacked me. It is a variation on the one kid burps out loud in class, everyone stays after school. Collectivism at its best.

He was suspended to deter any other students from doing the same thing.

There’s no effective way to keep an educational environment functional if the alt-right finally gets off a demonstration after a student gets attacked for daring to say nice things about the elected head of state.

He was punished for being the white victim of a racist hate crime assault. When he gets older, he’ll be arrested for same. It’s happened to me many times.
