Bell Curve City Keeps Bellcurvin’ On

Around the Metro

First, an overall assessment of the situation.

The Aldi in Jennings.  Look at the map, and you can see what it’s close to.  If you don’t know because you’re not a St. Louisan, it’s right next to the Fergaza Strip.

Several nights ago, someone shot into a car at 7th and Sidney in Soulard.  Because of the very late hour, I presumed both the perps and vics are black.  Turns out the young woman in the car shot in the back is white.  Stay tuned to this one.

You called the Mike Brown fiasco the day it happened and I thought: “Nah, I don’t see anything happening.”

This time I’m paying attention.

You should get an award for your near prescient observation on that one.

I did? I don’t think I called anything. As I remember, I was at the State Fair when it all busted wide open. In the late afternoon on Saturday, August 9, I took a break, looked at my phone for news, and saw that there was an officer-involved shooting in Ferguson. It wasn’t the overnight that followed that it all broke wide open, it was the one after that, Sunday to Monday, August 10 to 11.

I make a lot of prescient observations, but that wasn’t one of them.

I stand corrected.

Still, I didn’t see it coming and I do remember you commented that this was something to keep and eye on BEFORE all hell broke loose and Mike Brown became a martyr.

Work, not woman. In fact, I just factored my most recent one out of my life when I got the hunch and then confirmed that she was just using me for side dick.

I’ve got the Sunday wrap-up coming later today.

This women will never perform those ballet moves again. I wonder if she was a race-realist before she was shot or a JAE (Just Another Eloi).

I lived/worked in St. Louis in the early 2000’s. The spooks were primarily concentrated in the north-side and the city proper, and I do not recall there being so much crime and violence perpetrated by them all over the rest of the city like it is now. What changed?

Even by that time, they were starting to fill up southeast and south central city.

Mudsharking, liberal, white-hating trash. Hard to feel sorry for someone who likes to skate-board in heavy traffic.
