Mine Eyes are Telling Another Story

Your Blogmeister’s Secret Hideout

One week from this evening will be six months on.

Norm was here earlier this afternoon for the occasion.  Even though it’s not for another week, he’s got training and sessions and continuing education thingys this weekend and an impossibly packed week next week, so he had to do it today.

He told me that I’ve got a zealous look in my eyes, and also reminded me the last time he saw something weird with my eyes, it was about a week into November, when he said he started seeing at “somebody might be home” look.  And as you all know, within a few days, I returned to functional coherence, which meant among other things being able to write posts here.  I wondered if it’s just a function of all of the pain I’m experiencing, and his reaction was that what he’s seeing and pointing out to me doesn’t look like pain.

I don’t feel like something really good is about to pop off, but I also know the old saying that the eyes are the windows to the soul.  I can only wish that if it does mean something, and something good, it hurries up.

And also, six months already?  It only seems like a minute.
