Hard Times At Ballou High

“Simple assault?”  For something that causes a blood clot in the head and in turn death?  And of course it was for a very bellcurvey reason.

This is the same DCPS high school (Ballou) where this happened to one of its students last month, and this scandal happened relating to the school last year.
