Short Is Easy

Buffalo, N.Y.

I was either going to say a lot about this, or say very little about this. Either way, you all should know me well enough by now to know right off the bat what I was never going to say.

But in thinking about the whole matter, and other similar matters, and one of the underlying causes, it made me realize something, and conclude that this should be a short post:

I’d rather play with my kids than be famous.

Me, precisely one month ago today, here, as a comment:

Here in the first of the two weeks between first round and runoff, [Emmanuel] Macron has been acting unusually trepidatious, and [Marine Le Pen] is moving like she’s trying to tone down inordinate expectations of her potential Presidency, as if she’s trying to dog whistle to hard core nationalist militants that she’s not the hard core militant nationalist that most people here still believe she is. The reason for that is that she’s trying to cut off future disappointment in her (potential) governance off at the pass, to prevent some real disappointed wackos from trying to do something really naughty to her. MLP be like: “Yo, you accelerationist knuckleheads. [Dédiabolisation] is for real. It ain’t no frontin’ or stuntin’ and it ain’t no put-on. I ain’t gonna round up all the (pejorative expletive) and send them back to (__) and certainly I ain’t crowding them into box cars to send them off for a nice long relaxing permanent vacation at the chemical spa.”

The truth of the matter is that, for a lot of political figures, the worst danger doesn’t come from political opponents, but from delusional utopians on the extreme flank of your own side, who inevitably get disappointed, disillusioned and then angry enough to pick something up.

My educated guess is that, if I was a public figure, and someone assassinated me, 60/40 odds, with the greater number being our own side’s vantardists/accelerationuts, the lesser number being Antifa and Co. I’m sure that Jared Taylor, definitely a public figure, has come to the same conclusion. That if someone takes him out, yeah, it could be Antifa de al Soyboy. But more likely, it will be one of these wackos who have been pounding the table for years that JT personally names the Jew and despises him and thinks him some sort of decidedly less than bona fide actor for not having done so, as if JT personally naming the Jew will instantly lead us to our Valhalla. Even though 87 zillion people in our sector have been naming the Jew for as long as I’ve been a part of it and it strangely hasn’t resulted in Valhalla. Of course I say that as if there are any real differences between the vantardists/accelerationuts on our own extreme flank and Antifa de la Soyboy on the other — In reality, they’re pretty much the same kind of people, they almost look the same, they almost behave and move in many of the same ways, and have eerily similar life histories and back stories. Only wee slight little “butterfly effect” factors will make the difference in which political ideology any one in particular will “serve.”

Why soyboys and thugs are merely two different sides of the same coin, and why some mass shootings are more equal than others. The latter is especially poignant because there was a “less equal” mass shooting in Milwaukee within 24 hours of the “more equal” one in Buffalo.

Why a literal dictionary definition race war is highly unlikely to break out in the United States any time soon. The embedded video there, no longer on YouTube, is available on my Bitchute.

Later update: Jim Goad had a piece in CCP on June 2, throwing major shade on the “muh civil war lol” clickbait coming from the American media. While I focus here on why a quintessential dictionary definition “race war” ain’t happenin, Goad levels up to pondering a “civil war” in general. This goes back to what I’ve been thinking, that we’re closer to 1200 BC than 1860 AD.

Greg Johnson wrote what is for CCP a rare weekend post about this matter. I can’t link to it, for the obvious reason. But I’m going to grind a little at this part:

Second, this shooting spree could not have happened in a homogeneously white society. When different peoples are forced to live together in the same system, frictions are inevitable. These frictions give rise to misunderstandings, distrust, alienation, and long-simmering resentments, which flare up into hatred, violence, and social upheaval. [His] actions are predictable consequences of multiculturalism. Sadly, we will only see more such violence until white nations regain their sanity and reverse multiculturalism.

But the investigators are finding out that he was a self-professed communist as late as 12 years old (?), but then gradually left the left through high school.

Here’s the real deal:

A troublemaker is a troublemaker is a troublemaker is a troublemaker is a troublemaker. Troublemakers make trouble, it’s what they do. Like I wrote above, the similarities between our side’s troublemakers and the other side’s troublemakers are legion, only the butterfly effect makes the difference.

So, in a homogeneous America, Buffalo Nutbar would be a homicidal or violent troublemaker for the left wing sector within the homogeneous body politic. Or he would have gone postal after having gotten fired, which, from what we know about him, was sure to happen many times in his life had he had a free one of a relatively normal length. Or he would have been a “muh being bullied” school shooter.

A couple of weeks ago on AR:

https://www.amren.com/news/2022/05/after-12-shot-police-explain-why-lafayettes-weekend-shooting-was-not-mass-shooting/

Like I said, some mass shootings are more equal than others. The popular image of mass shooting is Brad, but the official definition scoops up Jamarquavious to join. But we also know that Brad’s mass shooting is more equal than Jamarquavious. For the many reasons I’ve already stated.

What I think is going on is that they’re getting ready to move the goalposts and slowly change the official-type definition of mass shooting so that the line is between Brad and Jamarquavious.

HR, I saw you ask in another thread why he didn’t mow down some gangbangers and save everyone the trouble from the fallout. That’s both the question and the answer. Attention-seeking accelerationist nutbar is both the phrase and its own definition.

The question was mostly rhetorical. These guys always end up making things worse.

Strange how the niggers never worry about their niggers making things worse when they kill a bunch of White people.

Kin of alleged Buffalo shooter roll out COVID defense for slaughter

https://nypost.com/2022/05/16/buffalo-shooting-suspects-kin-blame-covid-19-for-slaughter/

Relatives of Buffalo’s supermarket-slaughter suspect are copping the COVID defense, telling The Post on Monday that the teen likely snapped because of his paranoia and isolation due to the pandemic.

“He was very paranoid about getting COVID, extremely paranoid, to the point that — his friends were saying — he would wear the hazmat suit [to school],” she said.

“”And then he got COVID just a few weeks ago. … He went to family functions with a respirator mask on. He totally wasn’t going to get COVID — and then he got COVID.

“They were vaxxed to the max,” she said of the family. “I don’t know if it was a bad case, I just know he caught it.”

It was predicted the current occupant’s Buffalo speech would attack the GOP as an existential threat.

Well, he did.

An irony, which escapes them, of course, is that the Left displays more open racial animosity than ever seen before in American history.

The current occupant shakes hands with open air, and needs the Easter Bunny to guide his pedestrian path. But all his cognitive problems seem to disappear when it comes to hating his political opponents.

“And the ones who do commit such crimes tend to resemble one another in certain familiar ways even when they profess diametrically opposed ideologies.”

My observation exactly.

NRO isn’t good for that much in recent times, but at least this article and its author has sense enough not to name him.

The reason the ruling class is so insistent that The Great Replacement not be discussed (in terms of it being a bad thing) has a lot to do with the old axiom that if you keep hearing dog whistles all the time then you’re a dog.

Speaking of George W. Bush, I’m reminded of a passage in Alan J. Levine’s book on the Cuban Missile Crisis, “The Soviets’ Greatest Gambit.” I reviewed it at this blog’s comment section several months ago.

Levine was generally scathing in his opinion of JFK, but wrote: “It should be said at once that John F. Kennedy was not without some abilities and other qualities that help explain the legend. His intelligence may not have been nearly as great as his admirers thought, but he was not a fool; and at his worst he was not as totally incompetent as some of his successors, notably Carter and the second Bush.”

JFK did everything he could to avoid nuclear war over the missiles in Cuba. FWIW I think he would similarly have tried to avoid the Vietnam war.

I can’t see JFK invading Iraq the way Bush 43 did.

I don’t think JFK ever wanted to escalate Nam in the way LBJ did. I think because JFK himself had war injuries, and he lost his older brother. So you can kinda figure how he would have an innate hesitation toward warfare. LBJ, OTOH, because he was a direct political creature of the FDR era, first got elected to Congress in 1936, was all in with the welfare-warfare model, which Democrats for a long time religiously held to as their path to power. LBJ added civil rights to the mix, which FDR I think wanted to do if left to his own devices but knew it was too soon. (His wife who doubled as his fifth cousin once removed, was pretty open about her civil rights advocacy during her husband’s Presidency. As an aside, the FDR-Eleanor marriage was very Bill and Hillary Clinton-ish, in all the important ways.) So, Vietnam was right there for the taking, for LBJ to provoke into something way bigger, and then all he needed to do was enact a lot of social programs and get civil rights bills passed, and presto, FDR 2.0.

Except, a funny thing happened on the way to history.

And again, Uvalde, Texas. Though the motivation is different, I honestly think this one happened too close to Buffalo. It’s a copycat. Which probably means there will soon be others. These things tend to happen in spurts.

WRPT: 911 dispatcher hangs up during store shooting
https://www.fox29.com/news/buffalo-mass-shooting-911-dispatcher-fired-allegedly-hanging-up-on-store-worker
“I tried to call 911, and I was whispering because I could hear him close by,” Latisha told the outlet. “And when I whispered on the phone to 911, the dispatcher started yelling at me, saying, ‘Why are you whispering? You don’t have to whisper.’ And I’m trying to tell her, like, ‘Ma’am, he’s in the store. He’s shooting. It’s an active shooter. I’m scared for my life.’ And she said something crazy to me, and then she hung up in my face. And I had to call my boyfriend to call 911.”
