Get the Picture?

William Jacobson over at Legal Insurrection takes apart the whole Potemkin village of “neo-Nazis patrolling Sanford.”

Now I know what’s going on:  FBI informants dressed up in funny uniforms in front of huge photographic backgrounds that could easily be mistaken for the Mean Streets of Sanford are having their pictures taken so that the ADL and SPLC can send fund raising letters.  Evidence that this was all a setup is that the rhetoric of these “neo-Nazis” was rather un-Nazi-like and rather level headed.

I expected nothing less of the kook left to eat this hook line and sinker, but I expected a lot more from the conservative blogosphere, and from Matt Drudge.
