Well, turns out one of that gang that went free for the witness in the Quain beating that didn’t show up was the one that that homeowner in Gravois Park had to shoot and kill to defend himself last Friday morning.  Nothing ever became him in life like the leaving of it.  His cohort now faces murder charges; the article explains why.
