The Mayor of Charlottesville, Virginia and the Governor of Virginia both begged for and got a rampaging mob to attack a patriotic rally, and used their control over the Charlottesville PD and the Virginia State Police, respectively, to have them to stand down to let it happen. The mob got so out of control that they were violently swarming a car with Ohio plates that was trying to leave, and the driver, to save his life, rammed into the mob, killing one of the people in it.
Why do you think Terry McAuliffe sent out the “stay away” tweet well before the scheduled start of the event? Because he knew what he was up to.
If there’s any kind of paper trail, then I could easily see both McAuliffe and the Mayor being strung up on Federal charges of civil rights violations.

Even if he was someone who is on our side, it still wouldn’t matter because he had to save his life from a massive mob around him that could have easily smashed and beat their way into his car and then beat him up fatally.
Two Virginia state troopers flying the copper chopper overhead to keep an eye on the whole ordeal died when their chopper crashed into a near by golf course. That’s the blood of two more people, two people that directly work for Terry McAuliffe in fact, on Terry McAuliffe’s hands and the Charlottesville mayor’s hands.
You know, I can’t help but think of the irony of this all. I’m here writing guest posts about the news of the day which involves people getting hit by a car and one of them dying and I’m writing it instead of our normal host because he’s still recovering because he was hit by a car.

The video I’ve seen (Al Jizzeera) shows him ramming into another car that was blocking traffic. Not “mowing down pedestrians on the sidewalk”. If anyone got hit, it’s because they were in the street. You’d think these Antifa-ggots would know from Ferguson, that walking in the middle of the street can have bad consequences.
The still photo in this NBC link shows him stopping (brake lights on, weight shifted forward). So again, he’s not driving like a muslim.
That was a pretty nice car, too. Not many men would intentionally wreck a car like that by ramming into another car, except in desperation. I could see someone taking an old beater for a game of street bowling, but not that car.
I could see this coming a mile away. More commie manipulation and that media whore racketeer who helped organize the initial event is also partly to blame. In the first place, why would any rational person march into the middle of McAwful’s turf to hold an event like this? If Antifa can show up to harass and get violent with a bunch of old farts in suits in what amounts to the middle of nowhere (the Amren conf in Nashville, TN), wouldn’t it be reasonable to assume that a parade of torch bearing, Confederate flag waving, younger people (to include a few coneheads and stormtrooper helmets) assembling minutes from DC was going to draw Antifa types like flies on shit resulting in serious trouble? And would anybody seriously expect McAwful’s hack minions to keep the Antifa types at a distance so there wouldn’t be any trouble? Historically, even when a rally consisting purely of coneheads and swastikas was held, there was usually more media there than either of them, or counter protesters. And there was almost *never* any violence. And there wouldn’t have been any violence at this event (even though this wasn’t the usual coneheads and swastikas of the past) had it not been for stupid (or avaricious) planning and a reliance on McAwful and his buds to provide protection. Hmmmm let’s go into the middle of Commieville to hold a rally and expect commie sympathizers in govt to protect us. What could possibly go wrong with that?
The reason you have so many legitimately embittered whites in the first place is that thanks to commies, there have been decades of working class and other whites getting abused, marginalized, unemployed, passed over, discriminated against, displaced, and shit on. Now the commies are trying to finish the job by erasing white history. Gee, I wonder if sooner or later you’re gonna get a response and if there’s blood in the streets, I wonder who is going to get blamed in the media 24/7 for days on end?
Of course the media, including FNC, is never going to ask the question WHY it is that there are enough pissed off whites to constitute a rally so what is the end result? Hours and hours of railing against “the klansmen and nazis” and “hate” and violence, the usual amount of pandering and virtue signalling… but I guess it’s good for “alt-right” alleged non-profit fundraising and website clicks. The media is not going to point out who threw the first punch. They’re not going to point out McAwful’s willful and complicit failure to provide enough isolation between the antagonists to maintain public order. So the commies shit on whites for decades causing a number of them to be legitimately pissed off, some racketeers decided to hold a fundraiser and draw them into the middle of enemy territory, and the end result is alt-right 0, commies 1. There is nothing that makes commies happier than street fighting – as long as they're winning. They live for that shit. Mayhem is their business. For commies, riots aren't a problem, they're a goal, an opportunity, a pleasure. For Soros, commie street brawling is better than sex. He paid for it just like hiring hookers. If you're going to go into an urban area to hold an event like this you need your head examined unless you're prepared for combat. That means a battalion of 25 year olds in riot gear, trained in hand-to-hand stick fighting. It means strategically placed cameras, not subject to interference, to document what happens. It means command and control. It means making sure that the street commies know we're gonna win, they're gonna lose. Badly. Before they even think about throwing a punch. It means don't be a frigging chump giving the commies and their lapdogs in media and govt what they want. Otherwise, go hold your rally out in the middle of nowhere and where you have at least a tiny expectation that the govt is going to do what they get paid to do – keep the commie street thugs away from you. Tell the coneheads and swastikas to leave their getups at home, lose the Hitlerjugend marketing gimmick haircuts; the truth shouldn't require accoutrements. Put the video up on your websites and spread the faith.
Today McAuliffe tried to make himself the 2020 challenger to President Trump. It failed miserably and he will be forever known as the instigator who caused 3 deaths today. But McAuliffe is like late, despicable Ted Kennedy, he will not be contrite and he’ll try to cash in on this tragedy.
One death, the Helicopter that crashed happened because Helicopters are dangerous and crash a lot.

I’ll use the occasion of this post and this comment to say that I went to visit our regular host late this afternoon. No real change in his condition, no better, no worse. We did talk about what happened this weekend in Charlottesville for a few minutes, and he said he agreed with my judgment, which means he’s reading his own blog, even though, as he said again tonight, he’s in no mood or condition to write posts or comments on any website he reads, including his own. But it means that, since he’s reading these posts and comments, you can say hi to him if you want. He also said he wished he was in better mental shape and regrets not being able to help out the situation. He said these exact words: “I should be running the PR war room.”
Get well soon QD! I miss your comments on AR but wait til you feel up to it first. It was quite an ordeal Sat. I stayed away from people and social media because I knew I’d get angry at people because they don’t want to hear the truth. They get fed by watching CNN or the other channels. I tried to tell a friend that we cannot judge the actions of the driver becaise we weren’t there but people don’t want to listen to the fact that maybe, just maybe he didn’t want to kill anyone! Maybe he was being attacked (as you mentioned Pugg) and felt he had no choice. I’m glad the people stood up for themselves and protested and it is terrible that antifa showed up to cause problems. As I remember, his prediction was that there wouldn’t be an election in 2020. Though I think that’s your point.
Something else just occurred to me. Charlottesville is where the University of Virginia is. So this is a college town, which means that alone would mean there’s a ready made supply of these antifa swamp creatures to dredge up. That’s also where the whole Haven Monahan thing happened, or actually, didn’t happen.
I say that because I’m looking at the news this morning, and all the obnoxious news seems to becoming out of college towns.

I have heard multiple first hand accounts from people I know who went and it’s exactly as you described. A trap. Charlottesville never intended to allow them to hold the rally. Anyone attending, even people who just wanted to film the event were forced to walk a gauntlet of antifa with no police anywhere in sight.
Attendees were caged and then when it was about to start, were told to disburse right back into the waiting mob, who had become hyper violent once they realized the cops were standing down. The police presence was never more than around 20 cops standing around the monument itself. The governor said there would be 1000 police on hand to maintain order. Even 100 doing their job would have prevented what happened, but NONE of them did anything. They left and SWAT came in and pushed attendees out of the park into the mob.
This was totally orchestrated by Cville leaders and Va Governor with cooperation of police, who did NOTHING to stop any violence or law breaking. Antifa was fully armed with weapons, guns, clubs, mace, tear gas with many wearing masks and they attacked with impunity. Attendees who got away unhurt were simply lucky. If sanity is to be returned, all the colluding leaders responsible need to be charged as you suggest, along with all the antifa organizers who planned this violence from the start.
